Our Aims
We believe in a holistic approach, and are committed to ensuring the fullest participation of residents, relatives or advocates in the care process. each resident has a regular, full and comprehensive assessment of need in order to identify and respond effectively to individual physical, psychological and social needs.
We endeavor to ensure that care practices are researched based and that all staff are appropriately trained and have relevant knowledge. We encourage active citizenship and promote the social inclusion needs of service users as it is important to us that they feel happy and fulfilled. each person’s unique attributes are respected and their needs met in a therapeutic environment.
