We encourage active citizenship and promote the social inclusion needs of the service users whom are resident within our service.

It is important to Gracefield Health Care that all service users feel happy and fulfilled. Each individual’s unique attributes will be respected and their needs met in a therapeutic environment.

Each individual will have a full and comprehensive assessment of need to identify and respond to individual physical, psychological and social needs.

We endeavour to ensure that care practices are researched based and that all staff are trained appropriately and have relevant skills and knowledge to carry out their duties supporting individuals with the following diagnoses

Gracefield Health Care Ltd, can provide emergency placements and also can accommodate clients on Section 17 Leave as well as those clients subject to the provisions of Section 117 Aftercare - Mental Health Act.
